Mobile Terms of Service

By providing your mobile phone number to Capital on Tap and WebBank or changing the phone number associated with your use of the Services, you agree to the Mobile Terms of Service below.

References to “Company” means the company that is applying for or has opened a Capital on Tap Account to use the Services. References to “User” mean you, an individual authorized to use the Services on Company’s behalf.

You consent to accept and receive calls and text and SMS messages from Capital on Tap and WebBank to the phone number you or Company provide to us when you become a User or update the contact information associated with your use of Services, including calls or texts using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Your phone number will be used for customer communications, fraud prevention, and to secure your account, and the frequency of such communications may vary. 

Message and data rates applied by your cell phone carrier may apply to the text and SMS messages we send you, and none of Capital on Tap, WebBank or your cell phone carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt-out of text and SMS messages by replying “STOP” or through the Capital on Tap dashboard. You acknowledge that opting out of receiving notices may impact your use of the Services. If you wish to reactivate text or SMS messages, or if you are experiencing issues receiving text or SMS messages, please contact us.
