Just clear, up-to-date information, right from your online portal or mobile app.
What you can see in your rewards points history
The rewards points history shows you exactly what’s happening, when, and why. Here’s what you’ll find:

Daily points earned: See the points you’ve earned from everyday spending, updated automatically each day.

Bonus points: Track any extra points you’ve picked up from offers or promotions.

Point adjustments: View any manual changes made to your balance.

Refund changes: Understand how refunds affect your points total.

Redemptions: See every time you’ve redeemed points for cashback, gift cards, to reduce your outstanding balance, or converted them to Avios or Radisson Rewards.
You can even click into specific transactions to see exactly how many points were earned - giving you full clarity at every step.

How you earn and redeem points
With Capital on Tap, you earn 1 point for every £1 spent on your card, with no upper limit. And when it’s time to redeem, you’ve got a range of flexible options to suit your business needs:

Cashback: Turn your points into cash or use them to pay down your card balance. Every point equals 1% cashback (e.g., 10,000 points = £100).

Gift cards: Pick from popular retailers like Amazon, Tesco, Airbnb, John Lewis, and more. E-gift cards can also be sent to any email address, making it easy to reward employees or clients.
