See Exactly How Your Capital on Tap Rewards Add Up

Rewards Point History Doashboard On The Capital On Tap Mobile App

Managing your rewards shouldn’t take up valuable time. That’s why we’ve added a new feature to help you stay in control: rewards points history. It gives you a clear view of how your Capital on Tap points are earned and redeemed - all in one place.

Get a clearer view of your Rewards

Our new rewards points history feature gives you instant, easy-to-understand insight into your rewards. Think of it like a statement for your points - showing you what you’ve earned, spent, or had adjusted, day by day. No more guesswork. Just clear, up-to-date information, right from your online portal or mobile app.

What you can see in your rewards points history

The rewards points history shows you exactly what’s happening, when, and why. Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Daily points earned: See the points you’ve earned from everyday spending, updated automatically each day.

  • Bonus points: Track any extra points you’ve picked up from offers or promotions.

  • Point adjustments: View any manual changes made to your balance.

  • Refund changes: Understand how refunds affect your points total.

  • Redemptions: See every time you’ve redeemed points for cashback, gift cards, to reduce your outstanding balance, or converted them to Avios or Radisson Rewards.

You can even click into specific transactions to see exactly how many points were earned - giving you full clarity at every step.

How to access your rewards points history

It’s quick and easy to find your rewards points history:

  1. Log in to your Capital on Tap online portal or mobile app

  2. Head to the Rewards section and find your Points history

  3. Browse your full activity, updated in real time

Everything’s in one place, so you can check in whenever it suits you.

How you earn and redeem points

With Capital on Tap, you earn 1 point for every £1 spent on your card, with no upper limit. And when it’s time to redeem, you’ve got a range of flexible options to suit your business needs:

  • Cashback: Turn your points into cash or use them to pay down your card balance. Every point equals 1% cashback (e.g., 10,000 points = £100).

  • Gift cards: Pick from popular retailers like Amazon, Tesco, Airbnb, John Lewis, and more. E-gift cards can also be sent to any email address, making it easy to reward employees or clients.

  • Travel rewards: Convert points to Avios or Radisson Rewards for business trips, hotels, and flights.

Whether you’re rewarding your team, managing expenses, or cutting costs, your points can give your business a boost.
