What Go Privilege is, and how Pro cardholders can access and use it.
Overview
Go Privilege is a premium concierge service for booking sold-out event tickets, VIP hospitality, and luxury travel and lifestyle experiences. Capital on Tap Pro customers receive a complimentary Go Privilege Silver membership, giving ongoing access to exclusive discounts and priority booking. Free customers can also convert their Capital on Tap Points into Go Points for tickets, events, and concierge experiences.

What is Go Privilege Silver?
Capital on Tap Pro customers receive a complimentary Go Privilege Silver membership. All Silver members are entitled to a complimentary onboarding consultation, early access to events, access to otherwise sold out events access to silver membership events and hotel discounts / luxury upgrades.
How do I activate my Go Privilege Silver membership?
Activate your membership using either of the following methods:

In the portal or app, go to the 'Rewards' tab and follow the activation steps.

Use the activation link in your Go Privilege welcome email.
Can I use my Capital on Tap points to pay for Go Privilege experiences?
Points can be redeemed to Go Coins, at a conversion rate of 3 Capital on Tap points = 2 go coins. Redemptions are instant.
Can I upgrade from Silver to Gold membership?
Yes, you can upgrade from Silver to Gold by paying the difference directly. You can also put points towards the upgrade cost. To upgrade, email partnerships@capitalontap.com with your upgrade request.
What happens to my Go Privilege membership if I cancel or downgrade my Pro plan?
If you cancel or downgrade your Capital on Tap Pro plan, your Go Privilege Silver membership will be revoked. Your account will then revert to a standard free Go Privilege account.
If you want to keep your Silver membership, you can maintain it directly with Go Privilege, independently of your Capital on Tap plan.
I can't see my complimentary Go Privilege silver membership in my portal
Complimentary Go Privilege Silver membership is only available to pro customers (worth £600) - you can select your Capital on Tap rewards programme in the app.
If you have recently signed up, there may be a short delay in benefits appearing in your portal. If the issue persists, please contact us.

My Go Coins redemption hasn't been processed
Points redemptions are usually instant. If points have not appeared within your account within a few hours, please contact us via the app or web portal.
