How do I set up a new Radisson Rewards VIP account?

Log in to your Capital on Tap portal and go to the 'Rewards' page.

Select 'Radisson Rewards VIP'.

Follow the steps to create a new Radisson account, then add your VIP status to it.
Your VIP status will be reflected in your Radisson account shortly after. If it isn't reflected within 2 days, please contact us.
How can I upgrade an existing Radisson Rewards account to VIP status?

Log in to your Capital on Tap portal and go to the 'Rewards' page.

Select 'Radisson Rewards VIP'.

Follow the steps to link your existing account, entering your existing account details.
