e-Gift Cards are sold and provided by our partner, The Virtual Reward Center. The information you provide when placing your order will be shared with The Virtual Reward Center for the purpose of distributing the e-Gift Card and will be used by them in accordance with their Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found here. Please ensure that you submit correct and accurate information when ordering as all purchases of Virtual Incentives Products and Services are non-returnable and non-refundable. e-Gift Cards should be sent by email within 1 business day to the email address entered. If you have not received your order in that time, or there is an issue with your received order, please contact us on 0208 962 7401 or at contact@capitalontap.com. You will have 90 days to claim the e-Gift Card and add the balance to your account with the selected retailer. We are not able to extend this 90 day claim period.
Each e-Gift Card is redeemable only at the named retailer. The terms and conditions, instructions of use, and expiry dates can be found above. Except for in accordance with your legal rights, the card is non-returnable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of another e-Gift Card. By redeeming your points for an e-Gift Card you are confirming that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the card.
