ELIGIBILITY
1. This Promotion is available to new customers only who:
a. have applied for a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card through the Capital on Tap telesales team in connection with the Dojo partnership offer; and
b. have been approved for a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card on or after 1 May 2026; and
c. make at least one Qualifying Transaction using their Capital on Tap Business Credit Card within the Promotion Period (as defined below).
2. Customers who have already received Bonus Points under the Dojo Telesales 5,000 Bonus Points Matched Preload Offer are not eligible for this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, a customer may not receive Bonus Points under both this Promotion and the Dojo Telesales 5,000 Bonus Points Matched Preload Offer.
3. A customer who was initially approved for a spend card but did not qualify for the Dojo Telesales 5,000 Bonus Points Matched Preload Offer because they did not preload a minimum of £50 to their spend card within the Promotion Period may become eligible for this Promotion if they are subsequently approved for a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card and make a Qualifying Transaction within the Promotion Period, provided all other eligibility criteria are met.
4. This Promotion is open to applications (subject to eligibility) submitted between 1 May 2026 and 31 May 2026 only ("Promotion Period"). Applications submitted before 1 May 2026 or after 31 May 2026 are not eligible.
5. All capitalised terms used in these Promotion terms and conditions and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Rewards Terms and Conditions.
6. Capital on Tap may accept or reject any application for a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card at its sole discretion.
7. No responsibility will be accepted for applications that are ineligible, lost or delayed. Capital on Tap accepts no responsibility for applications not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
BONUS POINTS PAYMENT
8. Bonus Points under this Promotion shall be awarded as follows:
a. Within 10 calendar days of the start of the calendar month following the Promotion Period, Capital on Tap will review your transaction history to confirm that a Qualifying Transaction has been made within the Promotion Period, and that the customer has not already received Bonus Points under the Dojo Telesales 5,000 Bonus Points Matched Preload Offer.
b. If eligible, 5,000 Bonus Points will be credited to your account within 60 days of your first Qualifying Transaction.
9. A "Qualifying Transaction" means any card purchase made using your Capital on Tap Business Credit Card (using your credit limit) within the Promotion Period. Cash advances, ATM withdrawals, online cash transfers, e-money drawdowns, and any drawdowns used to pay interest or fees do not constitute Qualifying Transactions and do not form part of this Promotion.
10. Customers who are declined for a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card, or who do not make a Qualifying Transaction within the Promotion Period, are not eligible for the Bonus Points.
GENERAL TERMS
11. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, the participant must have agreed to the terms of the Revolving Credit Facility Agreement, the Personal Guarantee and the E-Money Facility Agreement (including the Rewards Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions as may be applicable from time to time), and their Credit Account must remain open and in good standing and not in default until such time as the Bonus Points are due to be credited.
12. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other Capital on Tap sign-up offer or promotion unless otherwise stated by Capital on Tap in writing.
13. Capital on Tap reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend any or all elements of this Promotion at any time at its sole discretion, with notice provided via email or on the Capital on Tap website.
14. Capital on Tap reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer found or suspected to be abusing or manipulating this Promotion, or otherwise acting contrary to the spirit of the Promotion, and to withhold, delay, or reverse any Bonus Points awarded in such circumstances.
15. By participating in this Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in addition to the Rewards Terms and Conditions and the E-Money Agreement. The terms of these Promotion terms and conditions supersede provisions in the Rewards Terms and Conditions only to the extent that the terms of these Promotion terms and conditions and the Rewards Terms and Conditions expressly conflict. Unless expressly amended herein, all provisions of the Rewards Terms and Conditions remain intact and in full effect. Nothing in these Promotion terms and conditions should be interpreted as invalidating the Rewards Terms and Conditions.
16. If any terms of this Promotion are found to be invalid or unenforceable, that will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
17. Your entitlement to Bonus Points under this Promotion is personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

BONUS POINTS PAYMENT
