• This Offer has no minimum spend requirement. You will earn a single £25 cashback credit on your first eligible transaction as a new Google Workspace with Gemini customer. This Offer applies to your first eligible transaction only.

• The £25 statement credit will be awarded for your first eligible transaction using your Capital on Tap Business Credit Card during the Offer period, as set out in these Offer Terms and the General Terms. A statement credit should appear on your account statement within 30 days of the date of your eligible transaction, but in some instances this may take longer.
• You can report missing cashback or statement credits by contacting us via email, phone, or chat. We will take the appropriate steps to resolve your request within a reasonable timeframe.
• You must be opted in to receive Rewards and Promotions notifications by email in order to participate in this Offer and be awarded any statement credits or reward points (as applicable).
• You must activate this Offer to be eligible for any cashback. Activation must be completed via the activation link provided, which will take you to a short form to confirm your details. We reserve the right to reject any activation request and retain final discretion over eligibility.
• Once activated, you have 30 days from your activation date to sign up as a new Google Workspace with Gemini customer and complete your qualifying transaction ("Activation Window"). Your Activation Window will not extend beyond [Offer End Date]: if you activate this Offer less than 30 days before [Offer End Date], your Activation Window will close on [Offer End Date] instead of running the full 30 days.
• As this is a single-use offer for new customers only, it cannot be re-activated once cashback has been earned. We may revoke this Offer at any time, regardless of activation status.

• Some payments made through "payment facilitators" are not eligible and will not count towards your spend for the purposes of this Offer. A payment facilitator is an intermediary that accepts payments on behalf of the seller of the goods or services, and can include certain online payment platforms, marketplaces, and entities that provide card acceptance products to sellers. If the merchant offers an alternative payment method — such as PayPal or another third-party payment facilitator — that is not eligible under this Offer, that spend will not be eligible and will be excluded from the Offer.
• Transactions that are later cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend for the purposes of this Offer.
• By making a qualifying purchase, you acknowledge that, to enable you to redeem the Offer, we may share certain transaction data and account identifiers with the merchant to reconcile and assess the Offer.
