Steps to redeem

Members of Capital on Tap Rewards Pro program jump straight to Radisson Rewards VIP status after enrolling in the Radisson Rewards program.

If you’re an existing Pro cardholder you will have received an email with details on how to upgrade your Radisson Rewards account tier to VIP. If you’ve not received an email, contact us and we’ll help you get upgraded.
