2. Click on 'Members offers' and find the Trainline offer.

3. Click on the link below to head to Trainline's website via our unique tracking link.

4. Complete your booking on Trainline as directed.

• Offer is only available to you if you currently have a Capital on Tap Business Credit Card account open with us, and your account is in good standing at the time: a) you complete a booking which was made online on www.thetrainline.com using the above Link; and b) when we attempt to credit your account with any cashback. 

• You will not be eligible to receive any cashback if: (a) we are unable to verify if you used the above Link to access and make a booking online on www.thetrainline.com; (b) we are unable to verify if you completed your booking; or (c) your account is not in good standing when we attempt to credit any cashback.

• You must use your Capital on Tap Business Credit Card for business-related bookings. You may use a personal card for non-business related bookings. In both cases, any cashback which you may be eligible to receive will be credited to your Capital on Tap Business Credit Card account.

• We reserve the right to clawback any cashback directly from your Capital on Tap Business Credit Card account if you cancel any bookings made on www.thetrainline.com using the above Link.

• It may take up to 90 days for any cashback to be credited to your Capital on Tap Business Credit Card account.

• You must be based in the UK to claim this Offer. 

• Offer can only be used for prepaid standalone bookings (which may include any of the following: 

• UK Railcard, EU Railcard, Eurail Pass, Interrail Pass, Pass Rail (France), most other trainline bookings (e.g., standard tickets).

• Offer entitles you to up to 20% cashback based on the type of purchase, before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs. For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which remains your sole responsibility.

• Offer may not be used or combined with other discount coupons or vouchers, promotions or special offers.

• There is a minimum spend of £1 per transaction (minimum spend is the price of the booking excluding any taxes, tax recovery charges, fees or additional costs).

• Offer cannot be used for any bookings already made.

• When booking using a mobile device, message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans.  Not all wireless service providers carry the necessary text message service to participate. Check your wireless device for specific text messaging instructions and capabilities.

• All decisions we may make over eligibility or otherwise in relation to this Offer (including transactions made with this Offer) are final, shall not be open to dispute and are made at our sole discretion. No correspondence will be entered into.

• Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative offer is available.

• We reserve the right to vary, extend or withdraw this Offer at any time and at our sole discretion.

• We may refuse to verify and process any transaction we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these terms and conditions, or that we believe may impose potential liability to us or Trainline (including our or their subsidiaries, affiliates or any respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents).

• We are not responsible for any actions, representations, omissions or defaults of Trainline.

• Your data will be transferred between Trainline and Capital on Tap for the purpose of administering the Offer. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

• A booking made on Trainline using this Offer is subject to Trainline’s terms and conditions, including their website’s usual booking terms and conditions.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
