That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new feature that makes it much simpler to switch between business accounts right from the Capital on Tap app. No more logging out and back in again—just a seamless way to stay on top of all your companies.
A new way to manage multiple businesses
Previously, moving between your different company accounts meant completely signing out of one to access another. This could make it difficult to get a quick overview and meant you’d only receive push notifications for the account you were currently logged into.
Our new account switching feature changes all that. If you're a director of multiple companies with Capital on Tap, you can now manage them all from a single login in-app
Key benefits of the account switching feature
We designed this update to give you a clearer, more connected overview of your business finances. Here’s how it can help:
- Get a unified view. See all your linked business accounts in one place without needing separate logins. This can make it easier to get a complete picture of your finances.
- Switch in seconds. When you’re using our app, you can move between your different company profiles in just a couple of taps or clicks.
- Stay informed with app notifications. When using the app, you’ll receive push notifications for all linked accounts, so you won’t miss a payment reminder or important alert. Tap the notification, and you'll be taken straight to the correct account.
How to use the new feature
To switch to your other company account in the App, you’ll need to open your account settings.
This can be done by tapping on your company name in the top-left corner of the home screen.
